Proposed Repairs:


Please note that the provided repair plans shown below are only specified to replace what was noted to be visually rotten. However, upon demolition and exposing the area, other adjacent lumber pieces were also rotten, thus the reason for the continuation of more demolition. Crews ceased work once enough damaged/rotten timbers were removed. Note that our workload increased during the demolition, causing more materials to be acquired to ensure the proper repair was administered.

Please keep in mind that the engineer who designed the repair plan was limited in their ability to note the repair in its entirety due to not being able to physically note all that was rotted out. Once the demolition commenced, we found more damage that needed to be addressed.


Scope of Work:


To address all repairs needed per plans and specifications and ensure that engineering inspects the materials used, installation processes, application process, and ensure a tight/sealed finished product.


Equipment Used:

  • 8k Telehandler
  • 6k warehouse forklift
  • Two 3k scissor lifts
  • Scaffolding and shoring equipment
  • One 16-yard dumpster (loaded 3 times during the project)

  • Electrician (to detach/reset electrical lines in the work zone)
  • Certified fabricator and welder (to execute all structural steel work)
  • Master carpenter (for all woodwork)
  • Certified rigger (to erect all scaffolding and shoring equipment)
